Michelle Crosby, RN, has been involved in aesthetic medicine since 1996. She first served as a medical assistant and surgical technologist for plastic surgery while also attending the School of Nursing at Santa Fe College in North Central Florida. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2001, Michelle spent 7 years specializing in acute care cardiology in hospitals throughout Los Angeles County and central Florida.
She returned to her original passion and rejoined the aesthetic field in 2007, practicing both in the surgical and medical spa settings. Michelle trained extensively with several distinguished board certified plastic surgeons, developing and refining her skills with laser technology, IPL, chemical peels, skin care, and injectables. She has served on specialized teams in the operating rooms for facial plastics, breasts, and lipoplasty. Michelle has even appeared as part of the care team for episodes in reality television on Married to Medicine, Gainesville, and Reggie Meets World.
Michelle and her family found their forever home here in the South Bay in 2018. She joins Awaken Aesthetics and Skypark Surgery Center with a grateful heart, bringing her compassion and expertise in precision with personalized care to every patient. She continues to train in cutting edge technology and techniques within the ever changing aesthetic field. In her downtime, Michelle can be found enjoying all the South Bay favorites, including paddle boarding in the Marina, roller skating on the Strand, practicing yoga, or whipping up organic body scrubs and balms in her kitchen.
