What are Botox® and Dysport®?
Botox® and Dysport® are neuromodulators, also known as neurotoxins. They use a compound called botulinum toxin that works by relaxing facial muscles. Both anti-aging treatments are FDA-approved. Botox® is approved to treat crow’s feet, glabellar lines, and forehead creases. Dysport® is approved for glabellar lines but also works in other areas.
